Avisto is a reminder and scheduling notification service operated by Zeker zijn Software, based in Barcelona, Spain. By using Avisto, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Avisto delivers reminders and notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, and email based on your preferences. We do not provide medical, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

3. Your responsibilities

By using Avisto you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Use the service for personal, lawful purposes only
• Not use Avisto to send unsolicited messages to others

4. Availability

We aim to keep Avisto running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed reminders due to technical issues outside our control, including third-party messaging platform outages.

5. Cancellation

You can stop using Avisto and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@avisto.org. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Avisto after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
